How the Visa Machine Works
The Visa Machine is designed to make getting your visas as simple as possible. It will guide you through the nitty gritty of the paperwork, and save you hours of queuing and frustration at a whole variety of foreign embassies.
1. Choose your visas and invites
The first step is to select the the visas you need for your trip. Once you've chosen your destination(s) from our hand world map, you'll need to specify which type of visa you want - whether your travelling for tourism, business, or another reason - and the number of entries you'll be making into that country.
2. Fill out the paperwork
Once you have chosen your visas and paid the fees, The Visa Machine will switch over to paperwork mode! You'll be able to download the relevant Application Pack from your profile - this will help you fill out all of the forms correctly, and let you know exactly which documents you need to send to us. If you've ordered an eVisa, you'll only need to fill your information in your online profile, and skip on to Step 4 below.
3. Mail in your application
Stick your application, and all the supporting documents in the post! We recommend using a tracked courier service for added security, Now you can sit back and relax - once we've received your application, one of our team will check everything over to ensure we get your application right first time, every time. If all's well, we aim to lodge your application at the relevant embassy within 48 hours of receiving it. Naturally processing times vary from embassy to embassy, so please make sure you know how long your application is likely to take.
4. Track your application's progress
Now, just because your application is in our hands, that doesn't mean you can't keep an eye on how it's all going. You'll get email updates letting you know the progress of your application - when we've received it, when we've checked everything over, when it's in the embassy, and when your passport and visas are granted. When it comes to applying for visas, as a rule of thumb, no news is good news - if we don't hear from the embassy while they process your application, everything is going well, and we ask that you wait patiently during this period. Once it's all done, your passport will simply appear through the post with your new visas in it. Simple!
